K–5 report cards now available in ProgressBook

October 23, 2026

Report cards should be available around 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 23.

Dear K–5 families,

Please use ProgressBook to view your child’s report card. The attached family guide (PDF) explains how to access it and understand the updated grading scale.

Download the K–5 Report Card Family Guide (PDF)

To view the report card:

  1. Visit parentaccess.noacsc.org and select Tiffin City Schools.
  2. Sign in with your parent account and select your child.
  3. Choose Report Card, then View Paper Report Card to open the complete report.

Understanding the 1–4 scale:

  • 4: Demonstrates deep understanding of grade level standards
  • 3: Consistently meets grade level standards
  • 2: Progressing toward grade level standards
  • 1: Needs significant support to meet grade level standards

A 3 is the target. The ratings show progress toward end-of-year grade-level expectations.

Blank spaces indicate that an area was not assessed during that quarter. I (Incomplete) indicates that there is not enough evidence of learning yet.

Use the ratings and teacher comments to celebrate growth and identify what your child can practice next.

Need help? Contact your school secretary for login, account setup or report-card access assistance. For questions about your child’s grades, progress or ways to help at home, contact your child’s teacher.

Thank you for partnering with us to support your child’s learning!
