Superintendent

Welcome to Tiffin City Schools! We are proud of our district and the data proves that our students and staff perform at high levels. However, student performance is only part of the equation. We achieve because we care. Our staff, including bus drivers, aides, secretaries, food service personnel, custodians, maintenance, teachers, administrators, and our board of education all want to see our students become the best version of themselves.

Located in the city of Tiffin and the heart of Seneca County, we are proud to be one of the premiere school districts in Ohio. We have an active partnership with our two local universities; Tiffin University and Heidelberg University. Our collaboration with Terra State Community College and the Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership benefits both our students and community. Our graduates, whether they go to college, the work force or the military, are prepared for success. This is accomplished by having different pathways and support services for our students.  A few of these include CCP, AP courses and the Vanguard-Sentinel Career and Technology Centers.  Our graduates have gone on to successful careers. Many of them have come back to our community to continue making it a vibrant and attractive destination. 

My wife and children (grades 9 and 11 at TCS) are excited to be a small part of this fantastic district, community and county.  We have already experienced warmth and welcomeness from so many people and we look forward to meeting more people with each passing day.
