These resources are helpful to read through if you are worried about Coronavirus. If you are feeling anxious or stressed during this school closure, please know that you are not alone - many other children and adults are also feeling this way.
While a lot of what is going on is currently out of our control, we CAN control our response and how we handle our emotions and help ourselves feel safe and calm.
