Here are some helpful mindfulness resources to use when you need to take a mindful minute to calm down or re-focus. Students have already learned many of these at school this year.
Here are some apps that you could use when you want to practice mindfulness, meditation, calming music, and other calm down activities at home. Be sure to check with your parents before downloading any apps. Many of these are free for the basic use of the app, there may be additional items you can purchase within the app.
